Zoom Meetings

Classes every Tuesday at 10am Pacific and Friday at 7pm Pacific. Second Friday of the month Dharma and Recovery is hosted by Spirit Rock from a different Zoom account. This runs from 7:15-9:15pm Pacific Time.

During the current health crisis I am leading an online study of my book “One Breath at a Time: Buddhism and the Twelve Steps.” These one hour Zoom sessions will include guided meditation, exploring passages from the book, and time for questions. If you want to support my teaching, learn more about offering “dana.”
