Spirit Rock Non-Residential Buddhism-12 Step Retreat

In this three-day non-residential retreat, we will go through all 12 Steps using my “Buddhism & The 12 Steps Workbook.” The first morning is devoted to silent meditation practice, sitting and walking. Then each session will have lecture, discussion, and small group work.
