Join me for a unique 3-day retreat exploring Buddhism and the 12 Steps. Friday, July 27-Sunday, July 29.
On this retreat, we will work with the Twelve Steps using Buddhist teachings and practices through meditation, lecture, and discussion, as well as interactive and written exercises. We will explore mindfulness, self-compassion, and loving- kindness meditation practices that support recovery, as well as Buddhist teachings on craving and letting go.
Each session will include periods of meditation and time for questions. We will have the opportunity to write and share on recovery topics, as well as developing community in an intimate setting.
We will use the Buddhism & The Twelve Steps Workbook as a framework for the retreat. This retreat benefits those in the addiction and recovery process.
Please bring a journal for writing. Buddhism & The Twelve Steps Workbooks will be available for purchase.
